GPSS Now Hiring Staff for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

The Graduate and Professional Student Senate (GPSS) is now accepting applications for its staff positions for the 2025–2026 academic year.

These positions provide an excellent opportunity for graduate and professional students at the University of Washington to engage in meaningful work that supports student advocacy, shared governance, community building, and the overall mission of GPSS. Staff members play a key role in representing the interests of over 18,000 graduate and professional students across all three UW campuses.

Position Information:

  • Compensation: $24.60 per hour
  • Hours: 18 hours per week (hourly student employment; does not qualify for tuition coverage)
  • Employment Period: September 25, 2025 – June 12, 2026
  • Note: No work is required during university holidays and academic breaks
  • Eligibility: Open to all UW graduate and professional students
